Well, we’ve all been reading Candy Cribb’s mssgs for the apst few days. Abt how’s she’s 23, how her crush is a 52 yr old “George Clooney look-alike.” So why do I feel so sorry for her? Coz she said she’s a UK size 10 and a 34 DD but not tall. THAT MEANS THE POOR GIRL IS ALREADY DUMPY WITH SAGGY TITS! Being a UK size 6 at 5’5 and perfect figure, I can tell ya- at 23 poor Candy’s got the same kinda body my 80 yr old Grandma does! The other reason to feel sorry for her: George CLooney may be attractive to the 40-50 yr moms, but to me he’s just ugly! Then again, when a poor dumpy 23 yr old already has 34 DD saggy breasts and is a size 10…what’s she gonan get ‘sides a 52 yr old? Let’s stay tuned to more of Candy Cribb’s 52 old Grandpa saga, yeah?

I’v been a long time closet anime fan. It all started with DBZ and Gundam Wing on Toonami. Early on I bought Evangelion in middle school thinking I was pretty savvy, and moved onto Cowboy Bebop and FLCL on adult swim. A couple years back I stumbled onto Studio Ghibli (I don’t know what took so long) and recently I’v been adoring Studio 4C. But alas as you can see these are mostly popular anime works. I have no experience in the otaku scene and was wondering if anyone could make some suggestions for anime that is just plain good.
    I guess a brief sum of anime that I’v seen but don’t wish to see again … ever;
X, Death Note, One Piece, Naruto, Full Metal Panic, Full Metal Alchemist, Wolf’s Rain, Ergo Proxy
Please no links only suggestions, and I thank you.
I heard Key to the Metal Idol was good and if it’s on Youtube then I’ll be there. Hey check out Hedgehog in the Fog by Yuri Norstein. It’s also on youtube and is a little piece from Russia made by 1 obsessive guy in a very original whimsical style. I guess Miyazaki really enjoys this little cartoon and I have to admit it is charming.

Big O Gunslinger Girl The Animatrix Robin Perfect Blue Jin Roh Grave of the FIreflies (and all things Ghibli!!!) both Eva rebuilds Azumanga Daioh Yu Yu Hakusho Akira Ghost in the Shell (the first one!) I’v seen all of these and really enjoyed them. (You have excellent taste lol) And I’v already started hunting on the rest of your reccomendations. TY! Oh and may I suggest one to you if it’s not to presumptuous … ? Now and Then Here and There. It is brutal it is dark it is scary it is hopeful and it is very human. One of my favorites and I’m sure you’ve heard of it probably even seen it and it’s a must watch.
That’s a good point istillcandream. I gravitate to movies with interesting believable characters. I guess I’m looking for nongeneric anime. I enjoy watching creative expression. But I would say that I like to be informed before I buy so I don’t always have access to a lot of anime Mononoke sounds like something right up my alley though. I looked it up … on wikipedia and the description reminded me of Mushishi, which I really need to finish. And I found Monster that night web browsing and despite a lot of suggestions on forums I don’t know if I want to start a 90 episode series. But thanks for the suggestions, I need to check Genshiken out, it just sounds serendipitous. lol

For obvious reasons, I don’t want to be led into sin.
lma, your response came less than a minute after I posted my question.

It seems apparent to me that you had that answer typed up and standing by.
lma: Continue to feel protected by the big brother at your own peril. Do you somehow sense that staff from behind in the course of the past ten years? The choice is yours.

Well, I’m 13 years old and Ive done reading ALL my books..
ive already read the twilight saga, baby sitters club and candy apple books.
Are there any more good ones that I can read? I like books that have drama..
you know sort of modern day high school stuff, for example a girl having a crush
on the most popular boy or something like that. :) If you know, however,
another great book that does not meet my expectations…its OKAY just mention
    them anyways!

    Thanks!
I have also read several Sara Dessen books and I loved those and plan on reading more of her :)

I like to play Candy crush saga on facebook, but it has suddenly stopped loading. I have searched the internet, but I cannot find out why. I use AVG free antivirus and when I scan it says there is not a problem. Can anyone help me get the game back?
    Thank you in advance
I have just downloaded adobe flash player and hasn’t changed anything ;( games still are not loading.
My son changed the search engine to Google Chrome and the games worked again – I still do not know why the games stopped playing but I appreciate your help in trying to solve my problem :)

I can’t get past level 63 . . . I’ve won it four or five times already, and each time it says “Sugar Crush’ and breaks down the special candies and the little fish swim across and my moves count down to zero. But *then* it says “Out of Moves” and says I’ve failed the level. This has happened around five times now, and I don’t know how to get past the level. I even tried making it so that I won the level with zero moves left, but it still said I failed the level. Any ideas what the technical problem might be? Thanks!! :)

At 16, I think I’ve eaten the worlds entire supply of teen books. I’ve tried moving on to adult fantasy books, and some romance, but I find they cover issues that I don’t really want to read about and i can’t relate to the characters.

Currently, I’ve read all the most popular series, including all the vampire novels you can think of (Twilight Saga, House of Night, Vampire Beach – yeah, I was desperate), a lot of the more recent novels about Nephilim and angels (Hush, Hush, Torment, Infinity, The Mortal Instruments etc.) a huge handful of historical novels (The Luxe, everything by Mary Hooper, Wildthorn), too many teen romance books (The Princess Diaries, Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, Georgia Nicholson novels, LA Candy novels), fantasy/adventure books (Artemis Fowl, The Hunger Games, The Various, Percy Jackson, Need series), the “classics” (Chronicles of Narnia, Jane Eyre, Swallows and Amazons, Pride and Prejudice, The Lord of The Rings) and a ton of books that are neither here nor there (Chronicles of Ancient Darkness, Children of the Red King, The Arthur Trilogy). The titles in brackets name just a few of the books I’ve read.

Basically, I’m desperate for something to read that isn’t too adult, but not too childish and also either very, very recent or something timeless. I’ll read just about anything. Any suggestions? I’m desperate! (and sorry for the long post).
I’m currently reading To Kill a Mockingbird for my GCSE but not enjoying it. I also read Romeo and Juliet for the same reason.
I’ve also read Looking for Alaska, The Truth about Forever, Little Women and Uglies, but thanks :)

Do anyone know of any good TEEN movies that were released between 2010-2012. Like comedies or romances. They can be about teens or adults as long as it goes under one of those genres and between those dates.

I need to get 70,000 on level 6. I have tried everything but the best I got is 58,000 I have used all powerups like fish, extra moves, and smasher in one game and it did nothing to help my score! I always try to match 4 or 5 of same candy to get special candy but it never helps, the fish at the end help less the better you do which makes no sense. How can I easily get a high score, I dont understand how everyone gets scores high so easily?
